This is Rage performing sometime in 1993 at an unknown location on an unknown date somewhere in Europe. I've seen this distributed as "1993 Netherlands" but I'm not sure that's accurate. Rage comes onstage for TTPB so that means that they opened with the song. From comparing setlists from their European tours this most likely aligns with their run of shows between 1993-05-21 and 1993-06-12 or between 1993-08-25 and 1993-09-10. Someone speaks right before they come on near the camera but I can't make out what language it is. My personal guess is that it's from 1993-09-01 at the Sentrum Scene in Oslo, Norway or 1993-09-02 at the Grey Hall in Copenhagen, Denmark.
